Ownership

The Great Stunt Company is the name of the syndicate that currently owns the Pitts Special S2B ZK-MAD. The syndicate consists of 20 members each holding an equal share in the assets of the syndicate. The syndicate is run by an elected Executive Committee usually consisting of Chairperson (& Deputy), Secretary / Treasurer, Chief Flying Instructor (CFI) and 2 Committee Members

The syndicate operates to a set of Rules and Constitution with stated aims of: purchasing, operating, and maintaining to fully serviceable flying condition an S2B together with any other aircraft or other assets providing type ratings to the partners in the S2B or any other aircraft the partnership may aquire such other activities as the partnership may from time to time determine
